WellPath Participation

WellPath is one of your employee benefits and participation is as easy as finding a WellPath endorsed activity and participating.

WellPath Endorsed Events: Employees and family members participating in the health plan can choose to participate in WellPath endorsed events. Participants can earn incentives for their activity when reported to WellPath.

WellPath Endorsed Challenges: Employees and family members can choose to participate in individual or team health challenges where habits are formed or healthy behaviors are performed and goals are achieved.

Exercise/Fitness Participation (EFP): Employees and family members can participate in the Exercise/Fitness Participation (EFP) program where they are incentivized to exercise regularly. Participants are rewarded WellPath points for maintaining an exercise program for 3 consecutive months.

Health Enhancement Goal (HEG): Employees and family members can meet with a coach to set, plan and achieve a Health Enhancement Goal (HEG) to improve their health.

Prevention: Employees and family members can practice good preventive medicine to protect their health. Participants are offered the opportunity to earn WellPath points by practicing prevention in their lifestyle, such as having an annual physical, donating blood or receiving a flu shot.

How can I get started?

Employees should start a MYWellPath account available on any web-enabled device to report all forms of participation in WellPath. Employees can check their points totals and their family’s points, verify that incentives have been processed and change their personal information or incentive preference using MYWellPath.
