Streak Tracking

Reporting participation in The Streak Challenge is so easy because we found a way to help you report simply, and quickly every day. That is the whole idea of The Streak Challenge. Little behaviors that we do every day, are easy and, can add up to significant achievements, in this case WellPath points. All you have to do is Streak and report and then at the end of the challenge, complete an evaluation.

Tracking and Reporting Methods:

There are several ways to track and report your streaking:

1. E-mail: This is the easiest way to participate. Let WellPath do the work for you. Each day Streakers will receive a Streak Tracking E-mail. The e-mail will ask if you were successful streaking your behavior on the previous day.

If you were successful performing your behavior hit “reply” and “send.” You don’t even have to write anything in the e-mail.

If you missed performing your behavior on the previous day, delete or ignore the Streak Tracking E-mail.

Please only respond: “Yes” or “No” to the daily e-mail for each streak. If you have comments or questions, please send a new e-mail to wellness@srpmic-nsn.gov

2. Use the paper tracking tool. Keep track on paper and send a copy of your weekly record on Fridays to wellness@srpmic-nsn.gov. You will use a 1 paper tracking tool for each behavior you streak. Trackers coming soon!

Once you have successfully streaked (Streak 1) for 14-days in a row it’s time to start Steak Two:
Start by registering your second streak, by clicking on the button (Coming soon):

Once you have successfully streaked (Streak 1 & 2) for an additional 14-days in a row it’s time to start Steak Three: This will be released in week 3 of The Streak Challenge
Start by registering your third streak, by clicking on the button:

If you have successfully streaked (1, 2 & 3) for an additional 14-days in a row it’s time to start Steak Four: Released in week 4 of The Streak Challenge

3. Use an APP: There are so many apps available to track streaks. Send a screenshot of your weekly record on Fridays to wellness@srpmic-nsn.gov

Streaks app is very simple to install and use. You can track your daily streaks and submit to WellPath every Monday by sending a screenshot (as seen below). You can install Streaks from the Apple App  Store or Google Play.
