MeditationGratitude is something we foster and if we ignore it, we lose the sense of gratitude in our life. But we all have a lot for which to be grateful and if you ever heard the old addage: "You don't know what you have, until you lose it," you know its wise.
I think COVID-19 has reminded us of this wisdom and that even in the midst of a global pandemic we have a LOT for which to be thankful.
The "science of happiness" most often called Positive Psychology consistently ties the sense of gratitude to happiness. This means if we can foster a sense of gratitude (and you will) you can increase happiness. Increased happiness means we can realize our potential.
