You at Positive Challenge starts April 20th, 2020

Meditation

Gratitude is something we foster and if we ignore it, we lose the sense of gratitude in our life. But we all have a lot for which to be grateful and if you ever heard the old addage: "You don't know what you have, until you lose it," you know its wise.
I think COVID-19 has reminded us of this wisdom and that even in the midst of a global pandemic we have a LOT for which to be thankful.
The "science of happiness" most often called Positive Psychology consistently ties the sense of gratitude to happiness. This means if we can foster a sense of gratitude (and you will) you can increase happiness. Increased happiness means we can realize our potential.
