You at Positive Challenge starts April 20th, 2020

Intentional Acts of Kindness

Maybe it's the way we are built? But often times, we find that we get more out of helping others or being kind than the person we bless. This part of the challenge is easy.
Simply identify people who you feel are part of your social support group. Who do you contact for advice, or assistance? Who will give you a hand when you need it? That's your social support network.
Now plan ahead. It is an intentional act of kindness. Each day perform an act of kindness towards those in your support network. It may be a little more challenging to do this during the COVID-19 Pandemic - but it's possible with planning.
