Exercise/Fitness Participation Program (EFP): SRPMIC offers employees many opportunities for physical activity from the availability of fitness centers to WellPath endorsed events. Exercise is a key strategy for you in pursuit of optimal health and wellness. WellPath offers coaching and 50 WellPath points for any employee or health plan member who maintains an exercise program for 3 consecutive months:
a. Frequency: 3 exercise sessions/week minimum
b. Intensity: an exercise intensity which improves or maintains current level of fitness
c. Duration: 20 minutes minimum/exercise session

Salt River Fitness Center's 2020 Classes are suspended until notice
SRFC offers a variety of exercise classes for everyone at the Tribal Complex as well as Salt River High School. There are also exercise facilities at Lehi and SRFC. For questions call Disease Prevention @ SRFC 480-362-7320 .
