Greta Faust, RN, BS

 

Greta Faust has over 25 years of experience as a healthcare professional providing counseling and exercise prescription to help individuals prevent and manage illness.

As a Director of a Cardiac Rehabilitation program, she has developed an individualized approach to coaching which inspires her clients to succeed in living a happy and healthy lifestyle. Greta recognizes the personal nature of health-related goals and customizes her coaching to the individual’s needs.

Greta is adept at assessing client’s risk factors and fitness testing which allows her to customize exercise & nutrition programs, helping clients to set and achieve health-related goals. Greta has written and supervised thousands of exercise prescriptions and measured clients’ success.

Greta is a graduate of Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science and is also a registered nurse.

When she is not coaching she loves spending time with her family and friends, playing sports and traveling.
